Summary
English Nature's statutory advice given under Regulation 33(2) of the Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994. The advice identifies the international ecological importance of the Benfleet and Southend Marshes European marine site, to advise relevent authorities about their management responsibilities within the site and sets a monitoring standard for maintaining the site in favourable condition
