Summary

This document outlines how to agree a procedure for responding to a non-compliant water bathing incident at a local beach. It does not give the actions required but serves as a reference document to ensure preparedness. It is based on a workshop that the Solent Forum ran in 2003 to agree an integrated response that would inform local authority in-house procedures.
