Summary

This report was commissioned by a local pressure group concerned about inappropriate development and use of Lough Swilly in Co. Donegal.There were particular concerns over the future scale of aquaculture operations. The report takes a detailed look at the characteristics and potential of the Lough in the context of best practice in ICZM. It also makes recommendations as to its future management.
