Summary

This study was initiated in October 1996 to monitor the potential impacts of two 2MW wind turbines situated offshore from an internationally important shoreline habitat for birds. The turbines are situated in the North Sea, just north of Newcastle adn are 900m offshore from a Site of Special Scientific Interest and Special Protection Area under the EC's Species & Habitats Directive.
